Jenna McCarty brings a rare combination of local market insight and institutional valuation experience to complex real estate assignments across Colorado, Wyoming, and the Mountain West. Her background includes prior oversight of valuation work for Nuveen Natural Capital’s agricultural and timber portfolio, one of the world’s largest agricultural and timberland portfolios.

Her practice is rooted in a deep understanding of land, water, and the economic forces that shape rural and transitional real estate. Jenna has completed assignments involving agricultural and commercial agricultural properties, special-use facilities, transitional land, trophy ranches, complex water rights, right-of-way acquisition, and appraisal review. Her clients include attorneys, estates, municipalities, public agencies, and private landowners.
Jenna is licensed in Colorado and Wyoming and holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) and Real Property Review Appraiser (RPRA) designations from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, as well as the Right of Way Appraisal Certification (R/W-AC) from the International Right of Way Association.

Outside of work, Jenna loves time on the water, sunny patios, travel, live music, and time with her son, Cal.
